In a third series, a woman is a lab coat measures the height of a woman. From the demeanor and dress of of the two women, it seems like they are students who are role playing as nurse and patient. In a fourth series, a woman is typing on a typewriter at a desk while another woman stands next to her showing her pages from a book and pointing at the typewriter as if giving instructions. In this series, there is also a third woman standing behind the other two.
